How do I connect with a hospital or pharmacy?
The organisation adds your business as a vendor and sends an activation email. Once activated, sign in through the vendor portal. Organisations that invite you appear under the same account.
Can I manage several customer relationships?
Yes. Switch between the active organisations that have invited your account. Requests and supply history remain separated by organisation.
What can a vendor see?
Your own stock requests, delivery updates and recorded receipts for that organisation. Patient records and other vendors’ information are not available in the supplier portal.
Can I discover new hospitals through Care?
The portal connects you with organisations that invite your business. It is not a public marketplace or a directory for finding new customers.
