Connect the prescription to the shelf.
Manage medicines, batches, suppliers and dispensing in one workflow, with prescriptions and invoices linked to the patient.
Book a demonstrationKnow what to supply, what is available and what needs replenishing.
The pharmacy combines two kinds of work: serving the patient in front of you and managing the stock behind the counter. Care keeps those workflows connected, from a clinician-issued prescription to its medicine supply and invoice.
Prescriptions ready for the pharmacy
Find issued prescriptions, review the patient and prepare the items to dispense.
Stock with a history
Manage the medicine catalogue, batch quantities, expiry dates and stock movements. Import medicines instead of entering every item individually.
Purchasing and receiving
Keep vendor details, stock requests and deliveries together. Record received quantities, including partial deliveries.
Dispensing and billing
Use configured medicine prices, confirm quantities and batches, and create the linked invoice as the supply is completed.
A practical sequence.
Receive and organise
Record a delivery with its medicine, batch, expiry and quantity.
Dispense the prescription
Open the prescription and confirm the items actually being supplied.
Bill and replenish
Create the invoice, record the payment and monitor remaining stock.
A shared view with the vendors you invite.
Vendors activate their own access by email and sign in separately. They can switch between hospitals that have invited them, view stock requests and due dates, and update acknowledgement and dispatch information. Hospital membership keeps each relationship separate.

Can we use Care for a standalone pharmacy?
The pharmacy workflow can be scoped on its own or alongside the clinical modules. A demonstration can focus on inventory, purchasing, dispensing and billing for your setup.
Do we have to re-enter every medicine price at checkout?
Configured medicine prices are used in the dispensing workflow. The team still confirms the actual supply quantities, batches and invoice details.
Are vendor messages sent on WhatsApp?
Vendor activation uses email. WhatsApp messaging is not currently offered as an available Care integration.
