A GOOD START MATTERS

Make the change
with a clear plan.

Start with the work your team needs to do. Define the scope, test the handoffs and agree what a successful rollout looks like.

Discuss your implementation
01

Map the working day

Choose the patient journeys and operational workflows in the first phase. Bring the people who own that work into the discussion.

  • Organisation type, country and locations
  • Departments, roles and expected activity
  • Existing software and required integrations
02

Configure the workspace

Set the foundations before staff begin using the system. Keep responsibility for each decision clear.

  • Organisation details, departments and staff access
  • Clinical fields, wards, beds and medicine catalogue where needed
  • Branding, public screens, invoice layouts and tax settings
03

Plan the information move

Agree what will be imported, how it will be matched and how the result will be checked. Migration scope depends on the source records.

  • Patient identifiers and duplicate handling
  • Available export formats, documents and history
  • Sample mapping, reconciliation and acceptance
04

Rehearse and verify

Use synthetic records to run the workflows with the team. Include everyday exceptions, not only the ideal path.

  • Role-based access and staff activation
  • Prescriptions, reports, partial deliveries and invoices
  • File access, exports, recovery and operational capacity
05

Agree the rollout

Before patient-data use, confirm the clinical, privacy, contractual and hosting requirements for the intended deployment.

  • Named clinical and operational approvers
  • Data location, backup and recovery arrangements
  • Training, support, acceptance criteria and phased rollout

Location and scale are part of the scope.

India and US deployments can have different contractual, privacy and integration requirements. Tell us where you operate and what your organisation needs. A demonstration environment is not evidence that those deployment requirements have been completed.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you take
the next step.

How long does implementation take?

The timeline depends on the workflows, configuration, source data, integrations and acceptance checks. We agree a phased plan after understanding your organisation rather than promising a fixed setup time.

Can we bring data from our current system?

We assess the available exports and the records you need to retain. Supported imports and any migration work are agreed explicitly; a full legacy-system migration is not assumed.

Can we begin with one department?

A focused first phase is a useful way to verify roles, workflows and reporting before expanding. The organisation and implementation team agree the scope and acceptance criteria.
