Do I need to install it to use it?
You can open the patient app in your browser, or add it to your home screen for quicker access. An internet connection is required.
Why can’t I see my hospital yet?
Your hospital must invite the same email address you use in the patient app. After you accept the connection, its shared information becomes available. Contact your hospital if an invitation or record is missing.
Can I change my prescription or medical record?
The app lets you view the information your hospital shares. Your care team manages prescriptions and clinical records; contact them if something needs correcting.
