Staff roles and permissions
Administrators create roles and assign module access to staff. Access decisions should reflect the responsibilities of reception, clinical, pharmacy and management teams.
Separate public screens
Kiosk and waiting-room views have limited operational information. They do not display the confidential patient chart.
History and recovery
Audit history supports traceability. Supported deleted records have a 30-day recovery window, while underlying clinical, audit and payment history is preserved.
Patient-linked documents
Reports are attached to the relevant patient and order. Authorised staff can view and download supported files from that context.
