A patient record should help you start the next conversation.

When information is scattered across registration forms, paper notes and separate files, the consultation starts with a search. Ado Care brings those records into a patient workspace, with a clear route from the overview to consultation, treatment and reports.

01

A useful starting point

Review allergies, recorded conditions, medication history and previous visits before documenting today’s consultation.

02

Notes and vitals together

Record the visit, capture vital signs and keep signed consultation notes connected to the patient.

03

Treatment in context

Create a prescription, request an investigation or add a follow-up plan from the same patient record.

04

Files where you expect them

View and download patient-linked PDFs and images alongside their report and visit information.

HOW THE WORK FLOWS

A practical sequence.

01

Find the patient

Search the directory and open the patient’s record.

02

Review and document

Check the history, then record the consultation and vitals.

03

Connect the next step

Create the prescription, test request or follow-up plan.

Room for the way your practice works.

Keep essential registration information consistent, then add relevant custom fields for patient information and clinical data. Configure the workspace around your team’s workflow without turning each patient chart into a new setup exercise.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you take
the next step.

Is this an EMR or an EHR?

Care provides electronic medical-record workflows within an organisation: patient history, consultations, treatment and reports. Connections to external health-information networks are a separate requirement and are not implied by the EHR label.

Can everyone see the patient chart?

Administrators assign staff roles and module access. Public kiosk and waiting-room screens show limited arrival and queue information, not the private clinical chart.

Does Care make clinical decisions?

Clinical content is entered and managed by the healthcare team. Care does not provide automated diagnosis, dosage recommendations or a drug-interaction engine.
