Illustrative workflow · fictional records

Keep the next step visible to the right team.

Reception needs to know who has arrived. Clinicians need the next patient. Visitors need to know where to wait. Care connects those operational views while keeping confidential records out of public screens.

01

Appointments and arrivals

Organise scheduled visits and walk-ins, with patient and department context.

02

Counters that match real work

Call the next patient, pause or resume a counter, and transfer a visit when the patient needs a different department.

03

Kiosk and QR access

Share configured check-in links and QR codes. The patient kiosk supports check-in using an existing appointment token and date of birth.

04

A quieter waiting room

Use branded token and status displays to show queue progress without exposing the medical record.

HOW THE WORK FLOWS

A practical sequence.

01

Plan the visit

Create an appointment or register a walk-in visit.

02

Manage arrival

Check in the patient and place the visit in the appropriate queue.

03

Move the day forward

Call, serve, transfer or complete the visit as work progresses.

Your organisation, on every patient screen.

Set the organisation’s branding and preview kiosk and waiting-room screens before sharing them. Copy the right link, generate its QR code and keep the public experience consistent with the front desk.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you take
the next step.

Does the kiosk create a new medical record?

The current kiosk checks in an existing appointment with its token and date of birth. New patient registration is handled by authorised staff.

Can we use more than one department?

Yes. Departments and counters help organise different service points, and visits can be routed between them.

Can visitors see medical information on the display?

No. Public displays are limited to the queue and status information intended for waiting visitors.
