From test request to the patient record.
Request an investigation, track its priority and keep the uploaded report connected to the patient who needs it.
Book a demonstrationA report should never be an attachment without context.
The request starts with the patient, so the report can return to the same record. Care brings order details, priority, completion and supporting documents into one traceable workflow.
Request from the chart
Create a test request from the patient’s Reports & files with the patient already selected.
Work from a shared list
Find outstanding and completed orders, including routine and urgent requests.
Upload the result once
Add result details and PDF, PNG or JPEG files to the order. Attached reports are visible in the patient record.
Open and download
Read supported documents in the file viewer or download them for the appropriate clinical workflow.
A practical sequence.
Request
Enter the investigation and its priority from the patient chart.
Complete
Add the result details and report file to the order.
Find it in context
Open the completed report from the order or the patient record.
Useful for the clinician. Clear for the reporting team.
The orders workspace organises the reporting workload. The patient chart brings the finished report back into the clinical conversation. Both refer to the same patient-linked information.

Which files can we upload?
PDF, PNG and JPEG reports are supported, including multi-page PDFs, up to 20 MB per file.
Does requesting a test send it to an external laboratory?
Care records the request internally. Arrangements with the investigation provider remain a separate step; a lab-device, LIS or PACS connection is not included in this workflow.
Does the system interpret the report?
No. The report is stored and displayed for the healthcare team. AI extraction and diagnostic interpretation are not part of this feature.
