Terms of Service

Effective 21 October 2026

Scope and agreement

Adozta Softech Private Limited (“Adozta”, “we”, “us”) supplies business software and related services through adozta.com and its product applications. These terms apply to the organisation or authorised adult entering the agreement. Your accepted order, product-specific terms and any signed service agreement define the purchased scope; an express written agreement takes precedence where it differs. Our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy form part of the applicable service information. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate details, protect credentials and assign appropriate staff permissions. You are responsible for use you authorise within your organisation. Do not access another customer’s information, upload malicious files, infringe rights, send unlawful unsolicited communications or interfere with service security and availability. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Products and deployment

The accepted plan determines modules, staff-user allowances, storage and other capacity. One Ado Care user is one named staff login; clinical roles do not carry a separate doctor fee under the current pooled-user catalogue. Patient accounts and invited supplier-portal accounts are separate from staff seats. Features explicitly marked planned or unavailable are not delivered functionality and are not a basis for an immediate purchase. Integrations, migration, hardware, on-site services and custom work are included only where the order says so. A public evaluation workspace is not a guarantee of production capacity or enterprise service levels.

Healthcare responsibilities

Adozta provides software, not medical advice, diagnosis, emergency care or a substitute for a qualified practitioner. Healthcare providers retain responsibility for clinical decisions, professional authorisation, patient notices and consent, record retention and applicable prescribing or consultation requirements. Before real-patient production use, agree the clinical, privacy, contractual, hosting and operational requirements for the intended deployment. A subscription payment does not establish clinical approval, regulatory certification or completion of those requirements.

Prices, taxes and authorised payments

The checkout or accepted order states the currency, billing period, subtotal, taxes and total. Current published Ado Care prices are in INR before 18% GST. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for 12 months. Changes to published prices do not retrospectively reprice an already-paid term. Payment must be authorised by the customer; automatic renewal applies only after a separate supported recurring-payment authorisation. A displayed price or trial registration does not itself authorise a charge. Patient invoices and manually recorded payments within the product are distinct from Adozta’s subscription payment gateway.

Trials, renewals and plan changes

A trial lasts for the period stated at registration. It does not automatically become a paid subscription. Expiry can restrict new operational activity while existing records remain available under the service’s access and retention rules. Renewal and capacity changes are confirmed before payment. A reduction in an active paid plan takes effect at the end of its paid term unless a different change is expressly agreed; the checkout explains any loss of modules or capacity. Supported immediate upgrades may show a prorated price difference. Cancellation and refunds follow the linked policy and any applicable order.

Data and ownership

You retain rights to your records and materials and must have authority to supply or share them. You allow Adozta and necessary providers to process them to deliver the agreed service, support, security and legal obligations. Adozta and its licensors retain ownership of the software and branding. Access is a right to use the agreed service, not a transfer of source-code ownership. Maintain independent records and fallback arrangements required by your organisation or profession. Contact us before closure if export assistance is needed.

Availability, suspension and ending service

We use reasonable care in providing the service. Availability, support response times, uptime or backup commitments apply only where expressly agreed. Third-party services have their own terms and availability. We may restrict access for non-payment, material breach, a security threat or a legal requirement, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonably possible. Urgent action may be necessary to protect users or comply with law. Closing an account does not automatically erase historical records or outstanding obligations.

Responsibility and limitations

You must assess whether the agreed software fits your intended workflow. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profits, and aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid or payable for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct or liability and rights that cannot lawfully be limited. A written service agreement may set different commitments.

Changes, law and contact

Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated before taking effect where required and will not retrospectively reduce rights for an already-paid term. Indian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights and applicable jurisdiction rules. Competent courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
