Contact: sales@adozta.com. These terms cover the Ado Bill desktop software and online service. By selecting an agreement checkbox or choosing Agree in the installer, you accept these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you disagree, do not install or use Ado Bill. 2. Your account and software licence We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install Ado Bill on devices you control and use it for your lawful business activities while your account is authorised. You remain responsible for your users, accurate account details, safeguarding credentials and recovery codes, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You retain ownership of your business records. We retain ownership of Ado Bill and its branding. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences. 3. Connected service and current release The desktop application requires internet access and connects to the same hosted service as the browser application. Installing the application does not provide offline operation, ownership of the hosted service or a perpetual entitlement to paid features. Feature availability and supported devices may change. This release does not include automated government GST filing, e-invoice or e-way bill submission. Installers are currently unsigned and the Mac installer is not notarised; operating systems may warn or block installation. You may use the browser version instead. We will describe material release limitations on the download page. 4. Business records and compliance You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, tax treatment and review of information you enter, import, issue or share, including invoices and customer details. Ado Bill is a business tool, not a substitute for an accountant, legal adviser or statutory filing service. Verify calculations, configuration and documents before relying on them. Obtain any permissions required to process or communicate with your customers. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, malware, unauthorised access, infringement or abusive resource use. Do not resell, misrepresent or circumvent access restrictions on the service, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity. 5. Your data and privacy You authorise us to process business records and account information only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support Ado Bill, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations. Records can include business contacts, invoices, inventory and financial information. The connected service stores records on our hosted infrastructure; installation alone does not create an independent local copy. Infrastructure and email providers may process information needed for hosting and account-recovery messages. Desktop sessions store local sign-in state. Website download preferences may be stored in your browser. We do not sell your business records or use them to train general-purpose AI models. Access by our personnel is limited to legitimate operational, support or legal needs. Contact sales@adozta.com for access, correction, export, deletion or privacy enquiries. We may need to verify your authority. We retain information while needed to operate your account or meet legal and security obligations; deletion may take additional time to propagate through recovery copies. Mandatory privacy rights are not restricted by these terms. 6. Backups and availability Keep independent exports of important records and confirm they can be restored. Saved revisions and server recovery copies are not a guarantee against all data loss or server failure. We take reasonable care in operating the service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, connectivity failures and third-party outages can affect access. No separate uptime service-level agreement applies unless agreed in writing. Report suspected errors to support before relying on affected records. 7. Fees, renewal and cancellation Downloading or installing Ado Bill does not by itself authorise a payment or recurring charge. If you select a paid plan, its price, taxes, billing period, renewal method and cancellation terms must be disclosed before you purchase it. Any recurring payment requires your authorisation. You may stop using and uninstall the software at any time. Contact sales@adozta.com for account closure, billing questions or a refund request. Any agreed order terms and mandatory refund or consumer rights continue to apply. These terms do not create an undisclosed subscription charge. 8. Suspension, closure and exports We may proportionately restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security threat, a material breach or unpaid agreed charges. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and give a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Export your records before requesting account deletion or ending your use. Where access has ended, contact support promptly about an export; availability depends on whether the records are still retained and any applicable legal restrictions. Uninstalling the desktop application does not automatically delete your hosted account. 9. Responsibility and limitations To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee that it will meet every business requirement. Neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for your business decisions and statutory duties; we remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us. 10. Changes and disputes We may update the software and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your registered contact details, with a reasonable notice period where practical. Changes are not applied retroactively to an existing dispute. If a change requires fresh consent, we will request it. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the service and contact us about exporting your data and closing your account. Indian law governs these terms. Please first contact sales@adozta.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory right to use another court, consumer forum or regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Any separately agreed written order applies to its specific commercial scope. Contact: sales@adozta.com | +91 88070 11321
